Thrust tapered roller bearing

Thrust Tapered roller bearing

Thrust roller bearing include thrust cylindrical roller bearing, thrust self-aligning roller bearing, thrust tapered roller bearing. All of those bearings are composed of shaft diagram, seat diagram and roller cage components, belonging to the separable type of bearing. Due to the original reason of the structure, these bearings are generally used in the working conditions of larger size, lower speed and heavier load.

    • The rolling element of the thrust cylindrical roller bearing is a cylindrical roller, which has a much greater load-bearing capacity than the thrust ball bearing and strong axial stiffness. However, when the roller rolls, sliding occurs due to different linear speeds at both ends. Therefore, the limit speed of this type of bearing is lower than that of the thrust ball bearing.
    • The rolling element of thrust self-aligning roller bearing is self-aligning roller, which is divided into symmetrical roller and asymmetric roller. Due to the spherical surface of the raceway of the seat ring, this type of bearing has self-aligning properties. This type of bearing has a large capacity to withstand axial loads and can also withstand certain radial loads.
    • The rolling element of the thrust tapered roller bearing is a tapered roller, which has a strong ability to withstand axial loads. Compared with the thrust cylindrical roller bearing, it has a greater bearing capacity and relatively less sliding, but has a lower limiting speed.
